Turnaround Times
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours. We also offer the option of shorter turnaround times for certain types of reports.
Dictation
We offer several options. Physicians may simply pick up the phone and call our toll-free line to
dictate into our dictation system just as they would in a hospital setting. They may use a hand-held digital recorder of their choice and upload the dictation into their account on our secure web site. Physicians may choose to use both methods.
Currently 70% of our clients in this category use our toll-free telephone dictation system, 40% dictate using digital recorders, and 10% use both options.
Transcription
We deliver reports formatted to your requirements in any version of Word that you choose. To retrieve the reports, clients simply access their account on our website and download their reports to their PCs.
