Our backup dictation system is available in the unlikely event that you have a dictation problem. Please call 617-273-0117 if you require our backup number or have forgotten your access code. For a missing report, please utilize the search feature on our client website. If your search does not yield the report, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your account name in the subject line, and mention the date of dictation, physician name, and medical record number for the report. We will respond within two hours!
